By transacting with the seller, the buyer agrees with the t&cs of the seller.

late payment fee for items below Php 500: Php 20 per day

late payment fee for items Php 500 and above: Php 50 per day

failure to pay the balance within 5 days will result to order cancellation and will be posted as a bogus buyer

no cancellations by the buyer

refunds are possible if (a) seller was not able to secure the items, (b) the GOM or other seller where the seller secured the item/s was not able to secure the item/s, and (c) missing item/s

(b) seller will only send a refund once she receives the refund from the GOM/other seller

(c) unboxing video: parcel must still be sealed. show the waybill and all sides of the parcel before opening. all sides must be seen in the video while opening. video must also be raw / no editing made

no refund will be made if the unboxing video instructions are not followed

once items are shipped out, seller is not liable for the parcel anymore

if lost, seller will help in locating the item, but cannot offer a refund

kindly have your items shipped out within a month

for combined shipments, seller can only hold item/s for 3 months (send me a dm if opting for combined shipment and if still waiting for an item/s)
